The Estate on Second may be a recent addition to Orange County’s hospitality scene, but its historic structure has been located in the heart of Santa Ana since 1923. What began as a building to house the Southern Counties Gas Company, has transitioned from office to restaurant and much more over the years. A few months ago, our insatiable desire for growth prompted us to think of new opportunities in Orange County. This is when we came across the historic Southern Counties Gas Company in Downtown Santa Ana. Once we laid eyes on this magnificent building, starting our own, exclusive venue made perfect sense.
This Georgian Colonial Style structure contains gorgeous beams and worn brick from its original construction. Tiles and wood floors from a previous life mark the entryway that leads into a grand room full of arched, Palladian windows flooding the area with natural light. The second story space boasts a small, romantic room perfect for an intimate event or wedding. Also upstairs, the venue offers an outdoor balcony that looks across the stretching cityscape.
The Estate has been restored and renovated to become an elegant, full-service venue designed with versatility in mind. Think of it as a magnificent home, equipped with plenty of beautiful rooms for entertaining. Events of great number as well as smaller gatherings will be welcomed.
